My favorite month has got to be October, although July and February are close seconds. It seems like good things always happen in October and as I think back over my life, it seems like I can always remember lots of wonderful and lovely things happening in October. Last October was really busy: five wedding shoots, going to see U2 at the Phoenix Cardinals stadium and getting to go up to Christopher Creek and staying in this cabin for one night. That night the Orionids were streaking across the sky. I got up in the middle of the night, wrapped up in tons of blankets and sat on the chair (pictured below-not very comfortable) and leaned back and watched them swirl across the sky.
While I actually am not shooting any weddings this October (unless something comes up last minute!), Becky and I will be shooting mini holiday portrait sessions so that people get images for their Christmas and holiday cards.
