{Good Morning Giant Coffee}
Becky and I went to Giant Coffee, a new coffee shop that opened up in Phoenix last week. I think I could go there every day and actually I almost have. It just opened and I think I have already gone there 5 times! It's a great place to take my computer and work. It's so pretty inside and it's in such a great location near the Light Rail and between the Phoenix Public Library and the Phoenix Art Museum and near the Spaghetti Company too! If you like the modern type of architecture they feature in Dwell Magazine, then you would think this place is very, very pretty.
My breakfast:
Art on the walls of the coffee shop. In the circle of the guitar is a film loop showing birds at a bird feeder.
Flowers were on all the counter/table spaces.
The west-facing entrance of the coffee shop opens completely up with sliding glass walls. So pretty, especially since the coffee shop is right next to a landscaped little park full of blooming desert plants.
{Good Night Moon}
Just like I did this time last year, I photographed my peach tree on the night of the full moon. This time though it was a little later and a little darker, so the images are different. All of these are taken manual focus, about 1/8 to 1/4 of a second. And when focusing, I focused about three feet in front of me which makes the moon look GIANT.
